The Sale Representative Agreement signed and entered into on the 30th of August 2013 between IBEC (IBE Corporation) and GME (China National General Machinery Engineering Corporation). GME authorizes IBE as to be the representative of GME in connection with Korean EPC‘s project on the same date.

GME established in 1979, is a subsidiary under SINOMACH (China National Machinery Industry Corporation) which is one of Fortune Global 500. GME is a large professional engineering Corporation, mainly specializing in engineering works contracting (EPC), complete equipment supply, technical services and import and export trade, etc.

The lines of GME’s main business involves in the urban sewage treatment, industrial waste water/gas treatment and ash/dust removal, urban lake water pollution control, urban water supply & heat supply, URRT (Urban Rapid Rail Transit), power plant and petrochemical, coal chemical industry and so on. GME’s domestic business areas cover in all provinces and overseas business in the international market covered countries as like Korea, India, Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Guinea Rep., Sudan, Venezuela, Belarus, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippine, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Maldives as more than 20 countries and regions in Asia, Africa, Europe and America.

Especially, GME supplied the steel structure of ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) for Mundra Coal Fired Power Plant (5 x 800MW, total 22,000 ton) in India during 2009 ~ 2011 to Halla Energy and Environment in Korea.

In 2012, the amount of order was US＄292 million for GME, and US＄34. 8 billion for SINOMACH Group.
