IBE Corporation's partner, KAYI Construction from Turkey had visited Korea on the 4th of March 2013. The Senior Vice President of KAYI visited Korean power utilities and major EPC companies for discussion to establish a partnership in the global market.

ENR Magazine listed KAYI in its Top 225 International Contractors index in 4 consecutive years and KAYI is ranked as 4th in Turkey by 2009. KAYI have operated in 11 countries so far, with project KAYI completed and delivered: Algeria, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkmenistan, UAE, Uzbekistan, Angola, etc. 15 different languages are spoken in KAYI's global operations. KAYI proactively carry out business development activities in KSA, Qatar, Oman, Iraq, etc.

KAYI, in a consortium partnership with Samsung C&T, Salini-Italy and Simed-Netherlands, recently secured a USD 750 million contract to construct a hospital in Turkey. (noticed on 21 November 2012)
